Novitech Public Limited Company based in Kosice, Slovakia, entered the Parallel Listed Market of the Bratislava Stock Exchange in 2003 as the first IT Company.

The history of the company started in 1989 having established Novitech as public company that transformed to a public limited company in 1996.
